“Everyone is afraid of something. But nobody can see what I’m afraid of. ”

“The More Afraid The More Brave of Heart” is a picture book talked about fears. Sometimes we tend to be afraid of something, but what if the thing is like nothing for others? When we are afraid, we tend to keep our focus on the thing.

However, we will enhance the attention by doing so and the feeling of fears will grow bigger and bigger. But if we can try to divert our attention, it might be helpful for us to go through this situation. Thus, we can realize that we are braver than we imagine.

這本書主要想談論的是「恐懼」。
這世上一切的源頭不是來自於愛，
就是來自於恐懼。

當我們不斷著眼於恐懼之中，
無形中便把力量借給了它，
想當然耳恐懼也會愈發壯大。

唯有嘗試調整思想的源頭，
以愛的本質去看待所發生的一切，
實相才會因此開始產生變化。
